Appreciation for GIC Courses

“Through Clifford’s amazing and spellbinding ways of teaching his art of Ericksonian Conversational Hypnosis (ECH) I realised and experienced the power of the spoken word.  I learnt the wonderful art of disguising positive commands in simple conversations to reap powerful benefits. ECH has empowered me to unfold positive outcomes in my personal life. A lot of techniques fascinated me in the course but the use of ECH by Clifford has got me to lose 3 kgs a month and still losing! Clifford’s ways of teaching ensures that his students leave blessed in more ways than one – Sandra DMello, School Counsellor, Dubai

“ECH is tough but not impossible. And once you have done the course you will see how how simple statements made by you can make a huge difference; how the comments you make can leave a mark on someone’s heart or life. Clifford teaches this so well! – Imelda Coutinho, Practising Personal Counsellor, Cuncolim

“Clifford, besides being a great counsellor, is a fantastic teacher.  He is clear in his explanations, gives examples and does live demos. He is always ready to share his knowledge unselfishly – even if it means giving away ‘trade secrets’. He attends to everyone and sees that they understand. And it is unbelievable how much his courses help in my homeopathic practice!” - Dr. Bryna Menezes BHMS, Seraulim

I have done the Person-Centred Therapy Practitioner Course under Clifford and the transformation I underwent in a short period of time was amazing. Clifford is an enabler and has this extraordinary ability to bring about change without giving the impression he is doing it as he leaves one so totally free to be oneself – Dr. Jean Antao Fernandes, Consultant Homeopath, Raia/ Dubai

Erickson Briefly…
Milton H. Erickson (1901 –1980) was an American psychiatrist specialising in medical hypnosis and family therapy. With his creative and out-of-the-box solutions Erickson revamped the entire way hypnotherapy was practised. He is noted for influencing brief therapy, strategic family therapy, family systems therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, and neuro-linguistic programming.
He was a master-innovator who would bring about transformations that were magical.
Unlike traditional hypnosis, Erickson's approach involves flexibility and great respect for the client as a person. The client’s right to change - or not - is respected which then leads the client to participate in their own transformation. Because the induction takes place during the course of a normal conversation, Ericksonian hypnosis is known as Conversational Hypnosis.

Content includes
1.   Basic BrainMagic Principles and Procedures such as Representational Systems, Sub-Modalities, Communication and Rapport Building, Calibration, Pacing, Leading and Anchoring
2.  Application of #1 in a ‘conversational’ and covert manner
3.  Ericksonian Language patterns
4.  Reframing (in conversation)
5.  The Milton Model versus the NLP Model
